Easter Egg Hunt Ends in Horrifying Discovery for Mother and Her Four-Year-Old

A mother in Knoxville, Tennessee, found far more than she bargained for while conducting an Easter egg hunt in her back yard with her four-year-old son. While searching for the eggs, the mother came across a decomposing dead body under her deck.

The woman told police she had been smelling something foul for a few days but couldn't locate it, according to WBIR-TV. In fact, not even someone who cut the woman's grass earlier int he week could locate it. That all changed on Wednesday night.

Police told the station the man appeared to have died of a medical condition. It's unclear how he got under the deck and he has not been identified.
