An eyewitness in Canda told the Canadian news outlet CBC about the moment he saw the alleged gunman near the Parliament building in Ottawa hijack a car and take off.
According to the man, the perpetrator had long, black hear, had a scarf over his face and was wearing a black jacket.
"He ran up the side of this building here, and hijacked a car at gunpoint; didn't hurt the gentleman in the car." He went on to say he saw a man in similar clothes standing by a fence.
