Francois Gissy made it just a little more difficult for anyone to snatch his world record title for fastest biking: he hit 207 mph — riding a bike with a rocket strapped to it.
He did it at the motor sport racetrack Circuit Paul Ricard in the south of France on Friday. Gissy accelerated from 0 to 207 mph in fewer than 5 seconds on the rocket-powered peddler, beating his own record of 163 mph, which he set last year. His record last year topped the previous record of 150 mph set in 2002.
