The One-Liner From Obama's State of the Union Speech That Had the Chamber Rolling

"I have no more campaigns to run."

During Tuesday's State of the Union Speech, Obama had Democrats and likely some Republicans laughing at an unplanned one-liner about his election record.

"I have no more campaigns to run," Obama said at one point. That elicited some faint cheers and claps. Picking up on it, Obama turned it into a joke: "I know because I won both of them."

The chamber erupted.
