July 20, 2015
"Oh one more thing..."
Retired Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell, author and subject of “Lone Survivor,” responded tersely Monday to reports indicating officials have told U.S. Marine recruiters not to wear their uniforms in public as a safety precaution following the deadly Chattanooga attack last week. He also seemingly sent a clear message to President Barack Obama, asking him to order flags lowered to half-staff to honor the the five U.S. servicemen slain in the attack.
In a blunt Facebook post, Luttrell said he “laughed out loud” at the news and proceeded to proclaim, “that's not how we respond in the military when we get hit.”
