The Paul Harvey 'Policeman' Video That Mike Rowe Strongly Recommends You Watch

Mike Rowe, the former “Dirty Jobs” star and current host of CNN’s “Somebody’s Gotta Do It,” posted a video of Paul Harvey’s “Policeman” narration on Wednesday and recommended that all of his Facebook fans watch it.

“If you've seen this before, I suspect it's been on your mind. If you haven't seen it, I recommend it,” he wrote.

Rowe’s open support for the police comes amid strong anti-police rhetoric and several killings of officers, including the execution-style murder of a Texas deputy.

Several law enforcement officers thanked Rowe for his support.

“Thanks Mike. After 39 years in this gig, it's nice to know people are still backing us,” one Facebook user wrote.

A “policeman’s wife” wrote, “all I can say is thank you.”
