Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump was depicted being raped to death on the latest episode of Comedy Central's expletive-filled adult cartoon series "South Park."
On Wednesday night's “Where My Country Gone?” recurring character Mr. Garrison was upset about Canadian immigrants and was fired from his position as a teacher the elementary school after espousing his views.
“F*** them all to death," he said. "Let’s make this country great again." The latter quote was presumably a reference to the real Trump's campaign slogan.

When Mr. Garrison proposed building a wall, it was discovered Canada had already constructed one to keep Americans out.
“We just don’t want you raping our women and stuff," a Canadian border guard told Mr. Garrison, an apparent tie-in to Trump's distaste for illegal immigrants.
As it turns out, Trump was elected president of Canada — which led to the deluge of Canadian immigrants into the states.

In a short monologue, a Canadian dad offered an explanation:
There were several candidates during the Canadian elections. One of them was this brash asshole who just spoke his mind. He didn’t really offer any solutions, he just said outrageous things. We thought it was funny. Nobody really thought he’d ever be president. It was a joke! But we just let the joke go on for too long. He kept gaining momentum, and by the time we were all ready to say, "Okay, let’s get serious now. Who should really be president?" he was already being sworn into office. We weren’t paying attention!
Mr. Garrison made it across the Canadian border and confronted Trump in his office.

Soon Mr. Garrison beat and then raped Trump to death.

When the Canadian immigrants learned of Trump's demise, they moved back north — and Mr. Garrison was hailed as a hero.

Things wound down with Mr. Garrison heading to Washington, D.C., with his running mate Caitlyn Jenner behind the wheel — only to end with Jenner running over a pedestrian, a reference to this summer's accident in California.

There was no mention of the episode on Trump's Twitter page Thursday afternoon.
While reaction appeared positive on South Park's Twitter page and elsewhere, there were some detractors:
This is NOT okay!
