Exclusive: Fiorina Pushes Back on Planned Parenthood Indictment Calls: 'I Don't Think It's Worth A Response
January 29, 2016
INDEPENDENCE, Iowa — Carly Fiorina won't stop speaking out against Planned Parenthood, the candidate vowed today in Iowa.
In an interview on her campaign bus in Buchanan County, the Republican 2016 hopeful told TheBlaze that she wouldn't dignify calls for her indictment by an EMILY's List spokesperson and others by responding.
Two pro-life activists famous for an undercover video series showing Planned Parenthood selling fetal parts were indicted by a Houston grand jury on felony charges of tampering with a government record. Fiorina has been an outspoken opponent of the abortion-providing nonprofit, and argued that the indictments don't change the fact that Planned Parenthood has been continuing a practice that most Americans believe to be "horrific."
