Sean Hannity Calls Politico Reporter an 'A**hole,' but It Seems He Made a Key Mistake

"Touchy boy!"

Fox News host Sean Hannity lashed out a reporter Wednesday afternoon, calling him an "asshole" in a series of tweets posted to his account.

The exchange started when Politico reporter Marc Caputo tweeted a quote from a staffer for Marco Rubio who slammed Hannity as a "sellout," among other things.

Hannity seemed to mistake the quote as Caputo's own words and slammed him in a string of brutal tweets.

Caputo responded with a tweet of his own, calling the conservative radio host a "touchy boy."

Caputo added that he aimed "to be fair" in his reporting, then took a shot at Hannity's intelligence.
