Trump Supporter Who Punched Protester Shocks With Comments: 'Next Time, We Might Have to Kill Him

"We don’t know who he is, but we know he’s not acting like an American."

The 78-year-old man who apparently punched a protester at a Donald Trump event in North Carolina on Wednesday talked to the cameras before he talked to a lawyer — admitting that he struck the protester, who deserved "every bit of it."

John McGraw was arrested on Thursday and charged with disorderly conduct and assault. Moments after the rally, McGraw spoke to Inside Edition and admitted that he had punched the protester.

When asked what he liked best about the event, McGraw said: "Knocking the hell out of that big mouth."

"Yes, he deserved it," McGraw said. "The next time we see him, we might have to kill him."

McGraw said that the protester, who is black, may have been with a terrorist organization.

"Number one, we don’t know if he’s ISIS," Inside Edition reported. "We don’t know who he is, but we know he’s not acting like an American, cussing me. ... If he wants it laid out, I laid it out."
