Does Podesta's newly discovered note 'to dump all those emails' prove intent?

Wikileaks is drip, drip dripping, this time with more fodder for firebrand Tomi Lahren, host of TheBlaze's Tomi.

Clinton's campaign chairman, John Podesta has been exposed for sending an email to Clinton aide Cheryl Mills, asking if "we are going to have to dump all those emails."

Podesta sent the email the same day The New York Times ran a story on Hillary Clinton, exposing her personal email server for the first time, March 2, 2015.

"So what does Podesta mean by 'dump all those emails'?" Lahren asked. "We don't know, yet. But considering she dumped 33,000 into a BleachBit program, you decide."
