Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein’s push for a recount in several battleground states has received 12 times the media coverage of her entire presidential campaign, according to a study by the Media Research Center.
According to the study, major media networks granted Stein’s campaign only a mere 36 seconds of coverage, but her recount effort received seven minutes and 26 seconds of coverage in just four days from ABC, CBS and NBC.
CNN reported that Green Party officials filed for a recount of the vote in Wisconsin on Friday following allegations that there were discrepancies between paper and electronic ballots. During an interview with CNN Monday, Stein acknowledged that she has no evidence of fraud, but “unless we actually look, we would never know."

“This is a deeply felt need of voters coming out of this deeply painful election,” Stein argued.
