An 8-year-old in the UK was taken from his mother because she didn't buy him ice cream

What happens when government expands into every part of your life and is left unchecked? In this story from the UK, a young boy was taken from his mother and put into foster care. What was her crime? Saying no to ice cream and not letting him get the haircut he wanted. This is only the beginning of a truly horrific story.
