“Drive Thru History” host Dave Stotts has traveled to nearly 30 countries to capture footage for his documentary series making history come alive for kids. Now, his documentaries captured on location are available by subscription to watch on your TV, tablet or phone.

Stotts joined the guys in the studio for today’s show to talk about why he was inspired to create the series. History should be a fascinating subject in school, so why aren’t kids taught in a way that makes them care?

"Drive Thru History" was created to show kids that history is "filled with larger-than-life people and really dramatic events," Stotts said. “You've got to work really hard to make history boring.”
