Doc Thompson, filling in for Glenn Beck on this episode of The Glenn Beck Radio Program, chats with celebrity chef Patrick Mosher; the two compare dining trends from previous generations to those of Millennials and discuss what the future of food, dining and grocery shopping may hold. Patrick points out that Millennials are the first generation in American history to spend more money on dining out than on groceries.
"It's trading time for money...in earning and in spending," Patrick reveals. "They (Millennials) prefer to spend their time doing other, more social activities and save the time cooking, but get something of high perceived value, and healthfully, it's perceived as being very healthful."
Listen live to The Glenn Beck Radio Program with Glenn Beck, Pat Gray, Stu Burguiere and Jeff Fisher weekdays 9am–12pm ET, only on TheBlaze Radio Network.
