“VICE News Tonight” followed white supremacist Christopher Cantwell who lead the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, Saturday and what they captured is absolutely revolting.
VICE News correspondent Elle Reeve sat down to discuss the Neo-Nazi protest at Emancipation Park with Christopher Cantwell, a repugnant alt-right white supremacist, who spewed extremely offensive and unabashed racist propaganda.
Cantwell revealed to Reeve that he envisions someone in the White House “a lot more racist than Donald Trump,” and America as an Anglo ethnic state free of African-Americans, Jews, and non-white immigrants.
According to Cantwell, people of color, particularly Blacks and Jews have lower IQs, cannot be trusted and are inherently prone to violence when compared to their white counterparts. Cantwell also believes that a race war is inevitable and calls for a violent overthrow of the U.S. government.
Today on “Pat & Stu” the guys discussed the revolting belief system held by the neo-Nazis who attended the rally as well as the shocking scenes captured by VICE.
“Can you be a good person walking in this march?” asked Stu Burguiere. “I don’t think you can be. How can you walk through that rally carrying torches and making those chants? I mean, I don’t see how you point out that there’s a good person in that crowd. I don’t know how. You can support the general cause of not removing the statue and be a good person.”
Cantwell also discusses President Donald Trump in the episode and makes a shockingly racist comment about Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s husband, “I’m here to spread ideas. Talk. In the hopes that somebody more capable will come along and do that (create an Anglo state). Somebody like Donald Trump who does not give his daughter to a Jew … I don’t think you could feel about race the way I do and watch that Kushner b*****d walk around with that beautiful girl, OK.”
