Retailer 'Naughty or Nice' list helps Christians where to do their Christmas shopping

Meeke Addison, director of communications for the Urban Family Talk division of the American Family Association, joins Doc Thompson on "The Morning Blaze"  to discuss her organization's "Naughty or Nice" list, which rates retailers on a five-star scale based on their observance and acknowledgement of Christmas.

As Meeke shows, some popular Christmas shopping destinations go out of their way to exclude the word "Christmas" from their holiday marketing and decorations, a practice which lands them on AFA's "Naughty" list; examples include Victoria's Secret and Staples. As for five-star members of the "Nice" list, key entries include Hobby Lobby, Lowe's and Cracker Barrel.

"I hate to use this leftist buzzword, but I'm tolerant," Doc says. "I don't care. Do your thing. You know, if it's your celebration for your religion or your whatever, I'm cool with that, great. I don't care if stores do whatever. But why are you trying to screw me out of Christmas?  If the store wants to do it, why are you boycotting? Why do you have a problem with it? I don't get it."
