Will China own us? How concerned should we be about this disturbing trend?

Progressive politicians and the media seem to be fine with this trend, but everyday Americans shouldn’t be OK with it. China is buying up American companies, and we should be concerned, Rabbi Daniel Lapin warned on this week’s episode of “The Rabbi Daniel Lapin Show.”

China has been purchasing American companies in many industries, including theaters, production studios, hotel chains and food conglomerates, Rabbi Lapin explained. Americans need to wake up to realize what’s happening, what it says about our country and where we are headed in the future, he asserted.

For the past 24 years, America has been headed in the wrong direction under Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, Rabbi Lapin declared. It will take time and a lot of effort to fix problems that were long in the making.

Ancient Jewish wisdom teaches that “whenever you start trying to rectify a problem that has been neglected for a long time, it becomes painful, time-consuming and expensive,” Rabbi Lapin said.
