Pat's not happy. Neither is Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul or Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) for that matter. Jordan called the $1.3 trillion bill the worst bill he's seen and made some scathing remarks about his colleagues.

Sen. Rand Paul went off on a tweet storm condemning the bill and picking apart some of its ludicrous details.
