Glenn Beck and the gang mock climate scientists' shrinking mammal theory

On "The Glenn Beck Radio Program" Friday morning, the discussion turned to some absurd speculation provided by scientists on the state of the environment due to global warming. Glenn Beck, Pat Gray, Stu Burguiere and Jeffy Fisher attempted to explain the ridiculous theory that rising global temperatures will soon cause mammals to shrink.

"They in this article speak about horses the size of cats," Beck said. "Not making this up. Look it up yourself."

Gray chimes in to explain that there may be some benefits to this situation. One of the benefits for him would be that it would "end all rodeos."

"Why would it end rodeos? ... You can't ride it anymore at your current size, but wouldn't we also shrink?" Burguiere asked. "Why wouldn't we shrink too? We would shrink, I think, at the same pace."

Beck then pointed out that if people were to shrink, there would be more space for the next generation of humanity, avoiding any issues with overpopulation.

"I don't know about you but even if we don't shrink, I'm not walking. I'm going to find something else to ride," Fisher said.
