Glenn: These three people are to blame for Roy Moore's campaign fiasco

For the first time in decades, a Democrat has won a U.S. Senate seat in Alabama. Democrat Doug Jones won Alabama’s special election Tuesday by a narrow margin, edging out Republican Roy Moore whose campaign has been plagued by allegations of sexual improprieties with a 14-year-old girl when he was in his 30s.

Glenn opened the show today by proclaiming, “I believe I have a perfect record. I believe every time I make a political prediction, I’m wrong.” Hindsight being 20/20, Glenn looked into yesterday’s electoral upset to answer the question on the mind's of many Republicans today:  ‘What the heck happened?’

“A Republican winning in Alabama is about as sure of a bet as you can make in politics,” said Glenn, adding, “The question is ‘how did we get here?’ Well, there are three people that I would like to blame for this fiasco.”

In the clip from the show above, Glenn gives us the lowdown on how Mitch McConnell, Steve Bannon and Roy Moore share the blame for making an embarrassing debacle of Moore’s campaign.
