Joe Biden offers dodgy response after young woman asks him to justify Democratic views on guns

Joe Biden was a guest on "The Today Show" where he was asked an important and direct question by a young woman in the audience about gun control.

"So with the tragedy that just happened in Texas, my question is how do you justify the Democratic view on gun control when the shooter was stopped by a man who was legally licensed to carry a gun?"

His response was murky as you'd expect and Joe was quick to go into defense mode. By the end of his response, it's hard to decipher what he actually meant. In other words, he did the politician thing and avoided the young lady's question altogether.  Today on "Chewing the Fat" with Jeffy, the guys discussed Joe's evasive response, and they didn't let him off the hook that easy.
