POLL: Republicans today are far less likely to value 'moral leadership' in POTUS

According to a recent Gallup poll, Republicans are far less likely now than they were during the Clinton administration to say it is "very important for the president to provide moral leadership for the country."
During the Clinton era, 86 percent of Republicans reported a "very important" rating on presidential moral leadership. Compare that to only 63 percent of Republicans during the Trump administration.
The trend goes in the opposite way with Democrats who currently show 77 percent who say it's very important for a president to provide moral leadership, compared to 64 percent during the Clinton administration.
