Attorney General Jeff Sessions faced questions from the Senate at a high stakes hearing on Capitol Hill today over any possible connections he might have to the Russian ambassador and his role in the firing of former FBI director James Comey.
Daily Wire’s editor in chief Ben Shapiro, who is also an attorney, joined Dana Loesch on "Dana" today, saying Comey's credibility on "smaller issues" was called into question by Session's testimony.
Shapiro characterized the entire hearing as "stupid" and "absurd." He likened Sessions to mild mannered Hanna Barbera cartoon character Huckleberry Hound and said the hearing is a show piece for Democrats to pretend that they're very upset about what is essentially nothing.
