The campaign to impeach Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein explained, with Alan Dershowitz

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said in an interview Sunday that he and other lawmakers will push to vote for the impeachment of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the top Department of Justice official overseeing the special counsel probe on the Russia investigation, if the DOJ doesn’t turn over "the information that we, as a separate and equal branch of government are entitled to have."

Jordan claimed that the DOJ has been caught "trying to hide information from us, redacting stuff in documents that they should not have redacted."

"The House has a constitutional duty to do oversight if the executive branch isn’t going to do that,” he continued. “People should be held in contempt, people should be impeached.”

What are they accusing Rosenstein of doing?

Conservative members led by Jordan and Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein on Wednesday, accusing him withholding information from Congress regarding special counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing Russia investigation.

Renowned Harvard Law professor emeritus, Alan Dershowitz, joined Glenn Beck to make sense of the controversial move to impeach Rod Rosenstein.
