Can entrepreneurs mitigate the loss of jobs as more industries turn to robots? Michael Sonnenfeldt, author of “Think Bigger,” talked on today’s show about how entrepreneurs see the world differently.

Robotics and artificial intelligence will first threaten drivers’ jobs – what innovative businesses will step in to give them new opportunities?

“We’re going to put 4 million drivers out of work if we don’t find even better jobs for those people,” he said.

Sonnenfeldt also had practical advice for anyone who wants to start a business: Know your own gaps, and hire people with the qualities you’re missing.
