Watch: Flashback to when Ben Affleck lost it while debating radical Islam

Remember when actor Ben Affleck debated the dangers of radicalized Islam with Sam Harris on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher"? Affleck infamously melted down while debating whether or not the Muslim religion can be criticized.

On today's show, Glenn and Stu revisited this clip as part of a discussion about liberals' resistance to discussing ideas in spite of their claim that they value free speech. Glenn pointed out that Affleck not only denied the open discussion of ideas and mocked the First Amendment, but also rewrote the Declaration of Independence while he was at it.

"We are endowed by our Cre- ... forefathers with unalienable rights," Affleck misquoted, seemingly starting to say "Creator" and then switching to "forefathers" as the origin of our basic rights as people.
