Watch: Glenn: Trump had a bad week – and it’s his own fault

Unemployment is down, the economy is up, and what's President Donald Trump doing? Not focusing on the positive or advocating for the GOP's tax reform bill ... he's tweeting, and it's getting him into trouble over and over.

On today's show, Glenn didn't understand why Trump isn't shouting these great numbers from the rooftop; instead, the president is lying about TIME magazine; sharing anti-Muslim videos from a racist group and clashing with British Prime Minister Theresa May; and implying that TV host Joe Scarborough should be investigated for murder.

"Here's the strategy I think that the president hasn't tried yet: Stay off of Twitter," Glenn said.
