What does 'the resistance' even want?

While "the resistance" claims to be against many things, what are they for, exactly? Allie Stuckey, the Conservative Millennial, explored what they might be trying to accomplish with The Daily Wire's Editor-in-Chief, Ben Shapiro.

He viewed the so-called resistance as an "animating focus" for the Left, much like the Black Lives Matter movement was for some time. Grass roots movements tend to be inspiring, but this one might lose steam now that failed Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton has named herself part of it.

Shapiro believed one day we as a nation can get back to absolute truth, with the definitions of love and hate being exact instead of political, but first conservatives need to get beyond their own reactionary tendencies. They have to be principled, and consistently articulate views representative of the Constitution.
