A number of conservatives seem to believe Roy Moore is unsuitable for the Senate because he "defied federal court orders." I have a couple questions for them.
1) Is there anything the federal courts could order that it would not be wrong to "defy"?
2) What do you propose to do instead about the dismal and lawless state of the federal courts?
In this tweetstorm, I show why we must have a real plan for dealing with the rogue courts — and why "appointing good judges" is not enough. Not even the best presidents bat a thousand on judicial appointments.
