A challenge to conservatives who disagree with Roy Moore

A number of conservatives seem to believe Roy Moore is unsuitable for the Senate because he "defied federal court orders." I have a couple questions for them.

1) Is there anything the federal courts could order that it would not be wrong to "defy"?

2) What do you propose to do instead about the dismal and lawless state of the federal courts?
