His name is Kenny Kakaty. He’s 14 years old, and he’s releasing a five-song EP titled “Selfless,” dedicated to the troops and service workers, later this month.

“It is a tribute to all those who make our nation and world a great place – veterans, policemen, firemen, teachers,” Kenny told CR. He hopes that by honoring the work these American heroes do every day, he can help unite the country.

“I am so very excited to be doing what I love —making music and to be spreading the message of positivity in our world,” Kakaty said.

“When people listen to this album, I hope they hear a message of unity and positivity amidst a divided nation.”

Kenny has more songs available to listen to for free, including “AMERICAN,” “Best Part of Me,” and “Lisa” over at his website, KennyKakaty.com.
