Are Joe Biden’s 'gaffes' proof he is mentally unfit to finish the campaign?

On Tuesday's episode of the "White House Brief," Jon Miller addressed why former Vice President Joe Biden is unfit to finish his campaign, let alone be president.

In this clip, Jon assessed Biden's recent campaign performance and the many "gaffes." He said Biden is exhibiting signs of mental deterioration more than slip-ups.

Jon asserted that it might be time for Democrats to consider Biden's overall mental health rather than laugh off his mistakes.

"Joe Biden is a laughingstock...Why is everyone pretending like he will be the nominee?" Jon asked.
