Mark Levin addressed the 'constitutionally illiterate' media at CPAC and then Trump took notice

LevinTV

LevinTV host Mark Levin and Julie Strauss Levin took the stage at the 2019 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), on Saturday, and took on many of the conservative issues that the mainstream media has refused to cover.

Levin spoke with intent, aiming his voice directly at who he referred to as the "constitutionally illiterate" media present in the rear of the room and broke down the constitutionality of President Donald Trump's national emergency declaration. Levin also lambasted the media for their poor ethics and criticized those who never held former President Barack Obama accountable for the crimes committed by his administration.

Levin also took a swipe at socialist darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her amateur Green New Deal pipe dream.

Using the media's own words, Levin recaptured the attacks he has endured for calling out their incompetencies.

"I will say this to our media friends in the background of the room, that same Bill of Rights that protects you, protects us too," Levin said.

"The media, oddly enough, when I brought this up they began to attack me as a conspiracy theorist, which is really kind of strange since I was using their articles," he continued.

"Obama has never had to account for what took place in his administration."

"I don't need lectures on the Constitution."

He went on to discuss Obama's unconstitutional use of executive power using DACA as an example which was an executive order that, according to Levin, has severely damaged our national security at the U.S.-Mexico border.

What else?

President Trump tweeted a personal thank you at LevinTV on Saturday for his honesty and for setting the record straight about the President's invocation of the National Emergencies Act.
