Darlene Nipper is Deputy Executive Director of the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force:

The Wikipedia entry for LGBT indicates that "questioning" is sometimes represented by the an actual "?" and sometimes by the letter Q as in LGBTQ. I'm not clear on Nipper's intent in including "immigrant" to this list of sexual orientations. But it is clear that the "One Nation" rally was a very big tent of inclusion.
