Brett Favre pulls a Tiger?

According to Gawker sports blog Deadspin and the New York Post, Brett Favre sent naked pictures of himself to a sports reporter during his time with the Jets. The reporter in question is Jenn Sterger and no, I am not going to do what every other site does:

Sterger worked for the Jets while Favre played for the team.

Favre declined to comment on the allegations.

Sterger also declined comment.

Deadspin has a voicemail, which if it's a hoax they did a pretty good job because it sounds very much like Favre. The aging QB allegedly used a third party to reach out to Sterger, and if it weren't for Tiger Woods and his ridiculous text messages I would never even consider believing this part: Favre allegedly sent a MySpace message that reads:

"I saw you in the tunnel at the game last week got your name from front-office person. I'm new to team with gray hair all the info I can give,"

Gee, I wonder who it could be? What a crafty veteran! It sounds so ridiculous but again, thanks to Tiger we know it could be true. However, I'm leaning towards hoax. This reporter denied him every step of the way and I'm supposed to believe that before making any actual progress he starts sending lewd text message pictures of himself to her? Unlikely. But you never know.
