Boehner Bashing: Chris Matthews Says Rep. Treating World Like His Ashtray

This week Ed Schultz called Speaker-in-waiting John Boehner (R-OH) a "cheap wine guy." Now MSNBC's Chris Matthews is going after Boehner's smoking habit, saying that a recent choice by Boehner to eliminate a House committee on global warming means the Rep. is treating the world "like he does his ashtray":
