After her pet boa "Penelope" went missing in January, Melissa Moorhouse worried she might never see her beloved pet again. The three-foot snake had slithered her way out of Melissa's coat during a ride on a Boston red-line train.
But weeks later, the snake surfaced once again, stunning one train conductor who discovered her in the train attendant cabin.
It turns out the train conductor is a snake-over herself and managed to scoop up the reptile for transit authorities to return to its owners:
