Democracy or anarchy?

YouTube videos are popping up from Wednesday night's protest movement at the Wisconsin state capitol and a number of people are bragging about outnumbering and overpowering state troopers who were there guarding the building and trying to keep people from breaking in following the Senate's vote.

Is this really "what democracy looks like" as the protesters claim?  Because it looks more like anarchy to me:
