Radio personality Bill Press praised the Japanese people Thursday for their resilient spirit and solidarity in survival. At the same time, however, the liberal host couldn't help but slam his fellow countrymen, suggesting Americans aren't nearly as polite in times of crisis.
Pointing to the "anarchy" in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, Press suggested the Japanese make Americans look like "a bunch of ruffians and thugs."
