As the United States relinquished most of its authority over the Libyan "no-fly" zone Thursday, Karl Rove, former special advisor to President George W. Bush, slammed the current administration for its handling of the continuing fight against Moammar Gadhafi.
In particular, Rove slammed President Barack Obama for being "incoherent" and "inconsistent" in setting forth a clear role for America in the crisis.
