It's clever, but it will offend gun owners:

Underneath it says, "Air pollution kills 60,000 people a year."
Um, I have a gun, but last time I checked it never killed anyone? Cue the chorus of people responding: "Guns don't kill people; people kill people."
The ad directs people to go to NRDC.org, an environmentalist site that claims to be "the nation's most effective environmental action organization. We use law, science and the support of 1.3 million members and online activists to protect the planet's wildlife and wild places and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all living things."
Is it wrong to say the ad is "killer?" I couldn't resist.
