Video: Jay Leno rips Obama's 'No Troops in Libya' pledge

Leno's not far off-base on this criticism.  In announcing his bid for president in 2007, then-Sen. Barack Obama criticized the Bush administration for U.S. action in Iraq, claiming that "no amount of American lives" could resolve "someone else's civil war":
