Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairman and former Gov. Tim Kaine announced Tuesday that he's running to be Virginia's next U.S. Senator, hoping to replace retiring Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va.
"America has big challenges and I'm convinced that Virginia has answers to help strengthen our nation," Kaine says.
