Trump Defends Not Voting in Primaries for 21 Years: It's Useless & I Travel a Lot
April 25, 2011
When news broke this weekend that Donald Trump hasn't voted in a primary election in over two decades, many raised their eyebrows. How can someone who may soon stake their political dreams on a presidential primary call on voters to head to the polls when he won't even do it himself?
On Monday, he addressed the critics pointing out his primary voting record (or lack thereof) by issuing a curious response: It's pointless because I live in a liberal state, and I travel a lot.

Do as I say, not as I do.
