Fifties Star Pat Boone Reveals He’s a Birther: Birth Certificate is a ‘Photoshopped Fraud’

Pat Boone was a pop sensation back in the 1950s. And now he's becoming an internet sensation with his recent admission that he's a birther.

Boone admitted as much to the San Francisco Chronicle while attending the California GOP convention.

"I was in Kenya about a year and a half ago and everybody there says, 'you know he was born here,'" he told the Chronicle, adding that he thinks Obama is disqualified from being president. "Why else would he be hiding all his records? He's spending millions of dollars so we do not have his records. And experts have already looked at and been able to verify that this long form document is a fraud. It was Photoshopped."

“But the media ignores it….a total fraud. A Photoshopped fraud.”

He wasn't done there. He also had some interesting theories on Obama's religion: “Growing up in Indonesia, he used to read the Koran in Arabic...so that was instilled in him as a young boy…he hasn’t celebrated any Christian holidays in the White House, but he does Ramadan.”

For the record, there are prominent conservatives who disagree with Mr. Boone. For example, Glenn Beck has said repeatedly that he believes Obama is a U.S. citizen and is qualified to be president.
