Caption that protester 10.30.11

Typically, our "caption that protester" feature is of an actual protester as seen in front of the White House. This time is a little different.

While these people were gathered in front of the White House, they didn't appear to be protesting. Pictured here is one of them wearing a cloak and possibly holding a wand. Definitely picking her nose.
