In typical fashion, the First Lady splashed on the scene Tuesday night for President Barack Obama's State of the Union address. She wore a bright a flashy sapphire blue dress that made the rest of the House chamber look a little matte in comparison.
The dress was created by Los Angeles-based designer Barbara Tfank, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The cost: $2,400.
The Wall Street Journal described the dress as having an "I’ve-got-your-back silhouette."
