Firing up your DVRs probably isn't necessary, but the Bristol Palin reality show has finally found a home.
We've been hearing for some time about cameras following Palin and some type of reality show coming out of it on the BIO channel (remember that charming moment when she was at a bar riding a mechanical bull and a guy yelled out to her "your mother's a whore!"?). But then there were rumors it was canceled.
It won't be airing on BIO after all, but Lifetime announced yesterday that it ordered 10 half-hour episodes of "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp" from TV production company Associated Television International.
"This show will reveal the real Bristol Palin and her journey as a daughter, a mother and a young woman making her way in the world," said Rob Sharenow, Lifetime executive VP of programing, in the announcement.
The plot sounds a little familiar but I won't can't put my finger on it.
