Bush 41 'the most underrated modern President of our time' according to Tom Brokaw

Tom Brokaw may have ticked off some conservatives for mocking Mitt Romney's "white man overbite" but could win over others for his warm words about George H.W. Bush. During an interesting panel discussion on Morning Joe Wednesday comparing the personalities and governing styles of Mitt Romney and Bush Sr., Brokaw called Bush Sr. "the most underrated modern President of our time."
The analysis was applied to give a degree of silver lining for Romney should he make it to the general election despite the ugly primary and criticism at times from the conservative elite:
