Vice President Joe Biden is out on the campaign trail today portraying Mitt Romney as anti-"Made in America."
During a speech in Iowa, Biden mocked Romney for allowing state contractors to set up call centers in India when he was governor of Massachusetts.
It's always uncomfortable when Biden talks about foreign things. Remember when he imitated (before catching himself) an Indian accent while talking about overseas call centers earlier this year?
